At Beyond Her Vision, we believe in the power of women supporting women. Founded by Cathy Cooper, Beyond Her Vision is more than just a business – it's a movement. Cathy’s journey as an afrolatina entrepreneur with Panamanian roots has been driven by a passion for empowering women to pursue their dreams and build the businesses they’ve always envisioned.

After years of working in the nonprofit and corporate sector, Cathy realized that many female entrepreneurs, particularly women & girls of color, often lacked the community, mentorship, and resources to take their visions from ideas to reality. She saw how the journey could feel isolating and overwhelming, and it fueled her desire to create a space where women could thrive together.

Beyond Her Vision was born from Cathy’s commitment to creating intentional communities that empower women to act on their business visions. Cathy’s background in social impact, event curation, and community management, combined with her deep passion for personal development, led her to craft a space where female founders could access not only professional support, but also a supportive sisterhood that inspires collaboration, growth, and leadership.

Our mission is simple: To empower women entrepreneurs to take bold actions toward their business vision while fostering a community of collaboration, support, and growth.
